sorry for any inconvenience
In a nut shell...the Fullmer clan began when we were sealed for time and eternity in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple on December 19, 2006. We live in Midvale, Utah and Josh is finishing up his bachelors at U of U in anthropology/archeology. Our precious lil' princess Adelynn joined us in July 2009; she is growing so fast and keeps us our toes. We love her and our adorable puppy, Oskar to pieces. Life keeps us busy as we love camping, hiking, reading, going to the zoo, cooking, taking walks, swimming, shopping, playing games, and just being together as a family...

Adey up to date...
*Adey says so many new words...it blows my mind how much she says now..here are just a few of the many:
bath, this is, turtle, green, pie, shot, love you, bite, please, welcome, thank you, bubbles, apple, rock, snack, cereal, peach, banana, bumpy, Dada shoes, chalk, pool, water, tea, treat, bed, orange, red, white, black, oskar, hello kitty, blues clues, lion, tiger, giraffe, elephant, choo choo all gone, that one, two, three, five, six, eight, nine, ten, eleven, thirteen, heart, star, moon, circle, phone, orange juice, apple juice, cookie, strawberries, strawberry shortcake, cake, cupcake, blueberries, book, milk, water, chocolate milk, pizza, baby doll, stroller, my puppy, dinosaur, buggy, swimsuit, can say a few peoples names from daycare plus Jay and Allison and Leandra and Julia and Danny, park, Adey's car, walk, pretty, cute, funny, kiss, hug, adey's sad, puppy's sad, flower, awake, kitchen, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash, hands, eyes, and all the other words i have listed in previous blogs...and more that i can't think of right now
*Adey can name all her colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, white...we are working are grey and brown
*Adey can count but misses a few numbers here and there...this is the order she says: two, three, five, six, eight, nine, ten, eleven, thirteen
*Adey is still dainty as ever...for example last night she got whip cream squirted into her hand and while her other cousins shoveled the yummy goodness into their mouths, Adey liked it lightly into hers...
*Adey can dress herself for the most part
*Adey hates having her diaper changed but we are in the process of potty training and she hates having her teeth brushed but it hasta be done because i don't want her to get cavities
*Adey loves to play dress up, take care of her babies (she is such a little mama), pretend to cook with her new kitchen that she got a little early for her birthday, do arts and craft, blow bubbles, painting her toes, coloring in her coloring books, finding her owies and getting us to kiss them, going for walks and helping us walk oskar or her little squeaky puppy, swimming (i definitely have a fish)
*Adey is definately turning into a big girl...it makes me sad but happy that she is growing up in a loving home where she is nothing but loved and gets all the attention she needs plus some...every time we are out i always hear people saying she is so cute or pretty or tall for her age or gonna be a heart breaker or tan or beautiful...we are so lucky to have been blessed with a beautiful, talented, happy little girl!

Playing in the desert
Josh is enjoying field school. He came home from his first 10 day stretch on Wednesday June 15th...I took him out to Texas Roadhouse after he showered for dinner...it was hard being a single parent while Josh was gone and I hope to never do it again. You can tell Adey and Oskar both really missed him and of course me too! Josh came home with a few cuts and scratches but a ton of nat bites even though he wore long sleeves and pants and a hat and a net thing...guess he must be sweet?! He was full of stories and almost 400 pics from the beautiful scenery and things he saw and camp too. This next stretch he left on Monday June 20th but after I dropped him off I got to go pick up Leandra (one of my BFF's) who is staying with me for the summer. here are a few pics from his first trip:

Japanese Grill
We went to this YUMMY Japanese grill for Mol's (Malinda) 31st birthday....It was a lot of fun to be with Clarissa and Alan and their boys and Malinda and Evan and their 2 and soon to be 3 kids. Adey and Ella had a good time laughing and screaming at each other and the boys did great and enjoyed the entertainment put on by our chef and Wesley HATED the fire at the beginning. Adey loved the soup and the crab filling to the cheese wontons....the chicken is what I had and Josh had the steak...all pretty good...the service (not the cook) could have been better. Josh, Adey and I ended up going home afterwards and just resting...we were gonna head to IKEA but too fill and tired...anyway here are a few pics from our fun lunch

Family walk
Our last night before Josh left we took a family walk down by the Jordan river and had a picnic dinner. It was perfect weather and perfect time of the day...we saw a couple different kinds of wild birds! we sure are loving Utah! (sorry some of the pictures are sideways...couldn't figure out how to fix them)
a little lady bug...do you see it?
what a big girl walking her puppy?!
such a beautiful bird
look at how tall that plant is!
Hogle zoo....AGAIN
Since we got a year pass to the zoo we thought we would you know....go often! Parking is free and so we just have to go to the zoo 3 times in a year and it pays for itself...so far we have been twice but have at least 4 more trips planned this year! So we decided to go on June 4th before Josh left for his first 10 days of field school. This time however we also got the 12 ride pass for the train and the carousel (as i have mentioned Adey loves the carousel). It was nice to know what we don't see this time we can come back and see another time so we only stayed about 3 hours and it was plenty long enough!
we are on the train...Adey loved it!
we took this one for my mom
We loved the momma and baby monkey...they were so beautiful!
SO tired after the zoo
Carousel at the Mall
Adey loves carousels and just had to ride the one at the mall...so Josh joined her (this was taken before he left the first time):

Our day in Salt Lake City
we rode the choo choo from Midvale to SLC, poked around at the bookstore at Gallavan Plaza, played around at gateway mall, had a nice lunch at Rumbi (very yummy and semi healthy), went to the free church museum and children's center, and walked around temple square all before the storm rolled in...here are some pics of our adventure:
too pretty too eat!
After we sang to Ella
cupcake is still sitting there uneaten
here to save the day!
better to eat with a fork I guess
On May 21st we went to Adey's cousins 2nd birthday party. We ate and played with cousins and talked and Ella opened her presents....it was fun. HOWEVER, the cupcakes must have been so pretty that Adey did not want to ruin Aunt Malinda's masterpiece. She sat there for a good 20+ minutes looking at her cupcake....then Aunt Clarissa came to the rescue and showed Adey how good they were...then proper Miss Adey used a fork to finish her cupcake which she only at like a total of 6 bites or so...
Hogle Zoo
We had a GREAT time at the zoo on Saturday....we invited our friends Brett and Meredith to come along. We saw dino's that spit and elephants do tricks and a gorilla wrapped in a blanket. Adey rode her first carousel which happened to be a lemur...she didn't want to get off but she was a good sport and told the lemur bye. Luckily we bought a zoo pass for the year so when we go back we will buy the 10 rides on the carousel for $12 so Adey can ride as many times as she wants. Adey got to eat an ice cream the was flavor blasted with bubble gum stripes...it was the first thing she keep down since she was throwing up so much the night before but no fever (we think she may have a dairy sensitivity). Here are a few pics from the zoo:
